Giant Book Sale at Georgetown Neighborhood Library

Georgetown Neighborhood Library is hosting a used book sale on July 12-13. More than 3,000 books will be available for purchase – all newly donated, and many of them in mint condition. The sale kicks off with early admission from 10am – 11am on Saturday for Georgetown Library Friends ($5 and $10 memberships are available online) before general admission from 11am – 3 pm. Hardbacks are $4, paperbacks are $1 – $2, and children’s books are $2 and under. If you can’t make it on Saturday, stop by Sunday from 1pm – 3pm when all books are half-price, or you can fill a regular-size shopping bag for $10 (bring your own bag). Cash is preferred, and Zelle and Venmo are accepted. 100% of proceeds benefit library programs.
