Donald Sultan Showcase

Georgetown Frame Shoppe is proud to present an evening dedicated to the artwork of Donald Sultan, including works from his forthcoming release that we have the honor of unveiling to the public. This showcase will accompany the upcoming exhibition From Painting to Print: The Poppies, Mimosas, and Lantern Flowers of Donald Sultan, opening September 6th at The American University Museum (Katzen Arts Center). Focusing on Sultan’s signature motifs, the exhibition offers an inside look at how an artist’s singular vision can be reimagined and made more widely accessible through the fine art publishing process.
Special appearances to be made by the artist and his collaborators. Refreshments and light fare provided.
