As the Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Executive Initiatives, Chelsea supports executive operations, stewards cross-departmental initiatives, and works closely with the CEO to advance projects that enhance the vibrancy and accessibility of the neighborhood. Chelsea brings experience in program management, communications, and stakeholder engagement across the public and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining the BID, she led leadership development, member engagement, and DEI programming at ULI Washington. She is passionate about building well-connected, inclusive urban places and ensuring community voices are represented throughout the work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Public Administration, both from Florida State University. Outside the office, Chelsea can be found hiking local trails, learning new languages, and cheering on local sports teams!
